  • 2. How long should I have a diploma so that I can rent a car?

    The driver must be 25 years of age or older or have a diploma of more than 3 years. If the above does not apply, the driver will be charged an additional premium per day.

  • 3. Can I change my reservation?

  • 5. What is my charge if I cancel my booking?

    If the reservation is canceled 7 days after the reservation date and at least 48 hours prior to receipt, the entire amount will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours, there is a cancellation fee of € 50 and your credit card will be charged with a refundable deposit, which is refundable upon delivery. In this case you will not refund all the money.
